Before you begin, make sure you have the following:
A Screeb account with administrative access.
Access to your Atlassian account.
Permissions to configure integrations in both Screeb and Atlassian.
Here's how to connect Screeb to Jira Software :
1️⃣ Install the Jira Software integration on Screeb
Go to your Screeb account, and click on the Integrations link in the menu.
Then, look for Jira Software and click on "Install"
Look for the option to connect your Atlassian account. This may be represented as a "Connect Atlassian Account" button.
Click on the "Connect Atlassian Account" button to initiate the integration process.
2️⃣ Authenticate with Atlassian`
You will be redirected to the Atlassian authentication page.
Log in to your Atlassian account if prompted.
Grant the necessary permissions to Screeb to access your Atlassian workspace.
3️⃣ Configure Atlassian Integration in Screeb
After authentication, go to one of your surveys in Screeb. In the "Analyze" section, navigate to the "All Responses" report.
Click on the "Share" button. In the sidebar that appears, click on "Via Jira Software."
A field will appear for you to select the project in which you want to send your feedback.
Click on "Synchronize" and then on the "Save" purple button on the lower right corner.
You have successfully integrated Screeb with Atlassian.
User feedback will now be automatically shared in your specified Jira Software project, simplifying the process of collecting and organizing feedback for your projects.

You can either set up automatic sharing of feedback directly on the survey > "Analyze" > "All reponses" and then "Share" via Jira Software.
each time a user answers your questions, this will be communicated to Jira Software as a feedback.
Or manually send specific feedback, open the answer and send to Jira Software :
