If you're interested in exporting all your users, you should know that it is possible, and here's how you can do it.
Where can I find the export feature?
You need to access to Users and then click on Export :
You can export your users via excel, The CSV export can be carried out with or without filters.
Choose to export all or with filters :
When you click on the Export button, you can choose which data you want to export.
you have two choices:
Export all, that will export every data of this survey, from the beginning
Export with filters, that will on export the results of your Time and Segment filters
There's a known bug in older versions of Excel that causes special characters (accents, emojis etc.) to be displayed incorrectly. If this bug is corrected, it causes the columns to explode, so we prefer to have the correct columns and keep this display problem for certain versions of Excel. (there is no known miracle solution for this problem).
