How to use Audio/Video feature ?
In Screeb, now you can engage your users with video surveys and gather their feedback through video or audio responses.
Harness the power of this feature to not only boost your response rate but to truly capture the raw emotions and sentiments of your users. Here’s How to do it.
1️⃣ Survey Editor
To ask questions in video format (such as multiple choice, rating, or open-ended questions), we've added a video option in the sidebar of the survey editor.
If the option isn't visible in your account, you can enable it by simply clicking on this button.
2️⃣ Upload or record a video
After activating the option in your account, you can either upload or record a video directly through Screeb.
Within this tab, you can choose to upload a video, record one, or even set an optional overlay question. Additionally, you'll find the standard settings for these types of questions, just as you would in text mode.
The video format is 9:16 ( average phone screen )
3️⃣ Record a video
When you opt to record a video, a pop-up will display your webcam feed.
After recording, you can either choose to re-record or confirm your video.
4️⃣ Edit your survey
After confirming your video, you can proceed to edit your survey.
In the sidebar, you'll find a field to modify the content of your question, just like with any other survey in Screeb.
5️⃣ Save your question
Remember to save your question by clicking the 'Save' button located at the bottom right corner.
6️⃣ Enjoy it
You now have all the information needed to create, edit, and launch audio/video surveys in Screeb.
