In Screeb's Survey Builder, you can add a Calendar question type, allowing respondents to book a meeting with you directly from within the survey. This feature integrates with various scheduling tools such as Calendly, Google Calendar, HubSpot, Cal.com, SavvyCal, and Microsoft Bookings.

Example of Integration with a Calendly Link

Imagine you're sending a survey and want to give your users the option to schedule a meeting at the end. By adding a Calendar question with your Calendly link, they can select a time and book a slot without leaving the survey.

Here’s how this might look in a survey:

How to Configure a Calendar Question?

Follow these simple steps to set up a Calendar question in your survey:

  1. Open the Survey Builder in Screeb and add a new question.

  2. Select the Calendar question type.

  3. Get the embed/iframe link from your preferred calendar provider.

How to Find the Link for Major Providers?

  • Calendar

Click on the schedule and next open your booking page, copy the link and paste it in the screeb builder field.

  • Calendly

    Click on "Copy link".

  • Hubspot

On the meetings page, click on "Copy link".

  • Cal

In the events click on "Copy link to event".

  • Microsoft

On the "bookings with me" page click on share then copy the link

Final Steps

Once the link is copied and pasted into Screeb:

  1. Click OK to confirm.

  2. You will now see a preview of the Calendar question and can test to ensure the link works properly.
