Standard Retention Periods
Scale Plan
User behavior tracking: 12 months
Session recordings: 12 months
Survey responses: 1 month
Advanced Plan
User behavior tracking: 12 months
Session recordings: 12 months
Survey responses: 12 months
Custom retention periods are available upon request.
Data Deletion Process
Automatic Deletion
Data is automatically removed on a daily basis once it exceeds the retention period
When a survey is deleted, associated responses are permanently removed after a 1-week grace period
Manual Deletion
Individual user data can be deleted immediately using the "Request data deletion" button in the User Profile page
This action is irreversible
Survey Display Controls
To prevent specific users from receiving surveys, you can set up targeting rules at the workspace level. This allows you to exclude certain user segments from all survey displays.
