This page will guide you through the personalisation of your survey, even if you're not a developer.

There are two options :

• simple customization
• advanced customization (available on custom plan or as an add-on for the scale plan)

Start here :

• Log in to your Screeb account
• Click on "Workspace Settings", located on the bottom left corner of the app:

Next, click on "Default Settings & Design."

Option 1️⃣ with simple customization :

Choose between two formats:

• Conversational
• Card

Then, customize graphical settings for each format:

For conversational and cards :

• Primary Color
• Primary Text Color
• Position of Your Survey
• Display Name, Avatar, and Title

For Link sharing :

• Type of Background

Survey Behaviour :

• Personalize the time to close your survey after response.
• Activate or deactivate the follow mode.

Option 2️⃣ with advanced customization (available on custom plans or as an add-on for the scale plan)

Select advanced customization:

Now you will have access to more personalization options for Conversational and Cards:

• Primary Color
• Primary Text Color
• Secondary Color
• Secondary Text Color
• Font Family, Size, and Line Height
• Border Radius, Border Line, and Border Shadow
• Position of Your Survey
• Display Name, Avatar, and Title

You also have the opportunity to modify the overlay, position, and display name, avatar, and title.

It is possible to add a survey closure mode with both the close and reduce buttons :

The idea is that you can customise your surveys as closely as possible to your brand image and the behaviour you want to convey.
