Welcome to our Screeb Glossary section! We understand that navigating through information can sometimes be overwhelming, so we've compiled this glossary to provide clarity on common inquiries you may have about our platform/features.

ANSWER

  • A survey answer is the reply a person gives to a question in a survey. When you participate in a survey, you respond to various questions by sharing your thoughts, opinions, or relevant information. These collective responses form the data that the survey designer collects and analyzes to gain insight into the views or preferences of the participants.

CDP

  • A Customer Data Platform (CDP) is a packaged software that consolidates customer data, making it accessible to other systems. This facilitates the analysis, tracking, and management of customer interactions.

CES

  • CES, or Customer Effort Score, is a commonly used metric indicating customer satisfaction with a company's products or services. It is measured on a scale of 1 to 7.

CSAT

  • CSAT, or Customer Satisfaction Score, is a common metric used to measure customers' satisfaction with a company's products or services.

DISPLAY

  • A "display survey" refers to the presentation of a survey to people. It makes the survey accessible to the target audience, which can be on a website, through an app or url link. Essentially, it's about making the survey available for people to view and respond to.

DOM ELEMENT

  • The term "DOM element" refers to Document Object Model element. In web development, the Document Object Model is a programming interface that represents a document's structure as a tree of objects. Every part of a web page, including paragraphs, headings, images, and buttons, is represented as a DOM element.

EVENT

  • Events are a type of data that record the actions users take in your product. An example: A customer adds a product to a basket on the e-commerce website.

GOOGLE TAG MANAGER

  • Google Tag Manager is a tag management system (TMS). It allows for quick and easy updates to measurement codes and related code fragments, collectively known as tags, on your website or mobile app.

MAU

  • Monthly Active Users (MAU) is the count of unique users interacting with your product or website each month. This could be anyone who logs into your app or any unique visitor to your website.

NPS

  • Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a metric for assessing customer loyalty, satisfaction, and enthusiasm towards a company. It's determined by asking customers a single question: “On a scale from 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend this product/company to a friend or colleague?” By aggregating NPS scores, businesses can identify areas for improvement.

ORGANIZATION

  • An organization is considered as a domain where you deploy Screeb.

QUESTION

  • In a survey, a question serves as a statement or inquiry posed to respondents to collect information or opinions. These questions are essential components that prompt responses, enabling researchers or survey creators to gather data on a specific topic.

RECURRENCE

  • Recurrence rule allow you to display the survey again to your users every X days, even if they already responded to it. It's a useful tool if you want to make automatic recurring campaign.

RELEASE

  • A release's functionality includes the new features and changes introduced in a specific software version. This may involve adding new tools, enhancing existing features, or resolving user-reported issues. After a release, it's essential to evaluate its impact on users and the overall system. This process includes assessing user reception of the new features, whether they meet user expectations, and if any unexpected issues arise.

RESPONSE RATE

  • The response rate, also referred to as completion rate or return rate, represents the ratio of individuals who completed the survey to the total number in the sample. This is typically expressed as a percentage.

SDK

  • A software development kit (SDK) is a collection of software development tools in one installable package

SEGMENT

  • Segment is a Screeb feature that allows you to filter your users according to events and users properties.

START/END DATE

  • Start and End rules allow you to setup a time limit for the activity of your survey. You users can see the survey after Start Date and will no longer be targeted after End Date. You can add both, or only one of them.

SURVEYS

  • A survey is a set of questions that you answer to share your thoughts or opinions about something. It helps gather information or feedback from people, like you, to understand what they think or feel about a specific topic

SURVEY CAPPING

  • Capping is a feature enabling you to control the number of surveys a user will see while using your app and/or the number of displays and responses you want per survey. You can also use this feature to block any display until your users trigger an event of your choice.


USERS

  • In the context of websites or apps, a user is someone who has an account or profile and interacts with the platform.


USER EVENTS

  • User event is any action or activity that a user performs while interacting with an application or website


USER PROPERTIES

  • User properties refer to attributes or characteristics associated with a user in a system or platform. These properties provide information about the user and are often used for personalization, segmentation, and analysis purposes

WORKSPACE

  • Workspace is an environment where teammates can organize, manage, and collaborate on various studies projects in Screeb.
    You can manage your allocation of MTU’s and your teammates.
