With our Survey Capping feature, you have access to 5 ways of controlling the number of displays and responses for your surveys and the number of surveys you will display to your users.
We explain everything in this video ๐
Go to Settings, and then Survey Capping.
If you activate more than one capping type, they will add up.
Conditions Before Displays
We wonโt display your surveys until these conditions are met. You can check for event count or user properties before displaying a survey. Learn more about Events here, and Properties here.
Global Capping
Cap the displays and responses of all your surveys over a specific period of time. This will be applied globally, for all your surveys. Once those limits are reached, we won't display your surveys until the end of the period.
Per Survey Capping
Cap the displays and responses of all your surveys individually, over a period of time. This will be applied to each of your surveys and when one of them reach these limits, the others will continue to be displayed.
Per Respondent Capping
Cap how many surveys a user will see over a period of time and how long we'll wait before displaying a new survey after the user answered or closed one.
How to control the displays and responses of a specific survey?
You can also go to the Share section of each survey, to use the "Limit the number of displays and responses for this survey" option. It works has the "Per Survey Capping" option but it will be applied only to this specific survey and will override any other capping setting you may already have.
